Melissa helped us a lot in acquiring our first home. As first time buyers, we know almost nothing about the process of purchasing a property so it was a welcome relief that she guided us through it despite her being the vendors agent and us being the buyers. She was very prompt to answer questions and was very respectful throughout, not once being pushy and/or aggressive. It was a plus that she gave us a list of conveyancers/ solicitor and building & pest inspectors. We ended up engaging the people from her list and were equally satisfied with the service we got.
