Melissa Dayes joins the team at Elders Real Estate Grafton with a wealth of industry experience that began in 2002. Mel started her career as a Property Manager and has expanded her knowledge both locally and in Far North Queensland. Mel has well and truly made her mark in property sales in the Clarence Valley and has achieved some outstanding results which has seen her become recognised as an Elite performer in her network, a title held only by the top 15% of salespeople and she has proudly held the title ever since. Mel has a natural ability to connect with people and its this trait that sees her close a sale with a satisfied buyer and seller time and time again. Mel’s experience in Property Management has greatly assisted in the sale of tenanted properties ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and a smooth transition between owners. Excellent Agent

Mel was fantastic to deal with. Very professional and always so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. After dealing with selling a property in Queensland, Mel was very knowledge regarding the process in NSW. Mel was always very prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had.
