It's always a 'leap of faith' in choosing the right Real Estate Agent to sell the the place you have called home for well over two decades. Melissa was definitely the right person. The sale was handled professionally and seamlessly. The house sold quickly and achieved over the list price. Thank you, Melissa.

We were very happy with Melissa, just one little thing. Melissa was going to come back with a basket of goodies for Kim for purchasing the house, but she never came back

Mel was reassuring from the word go! She was honest and genuine about our home and the current market, and helped us achieve a great result in a quick time frame. Mel put a lot of time into negotiations with potential buyers to ensure she was getting the most for us and always kept us up to date. If you're looking for an agent that's going to put in the hard yards, Mel is the one for you!

I have dealt with Melissa numerous times and have always found her to be a pleasure to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she was always very quick to respond even after hours. I don't know of a better local agent and would highly recommend her services Matt & Justine Cattle

After my first meeting with Melissa, I knew I had found my agent. Under really stressful circumstances, she held everything together for me and sold fast without any inconvenience to me. She's more than just an agent. Thank you Melissa.

We knew Melissa was the go to agent in the suburb and her record is outstanding. Her help was most appreciated navigating a tricky purchase. If only there were more agents like Melissa - really appreciated everything she did. George

Melissa went above and beyond-her service and communication were excellent. We were surprised she was available after hours and found her service to be exceptional. Amy & Dan

Hi Melissa, We are so glad we met you when looking to buy an investment property. You made the process so easy and helped us with your extensive knowledge of the area. We have already recommended you to our friends and family. You're the best!! Lisa & Brad

Mel was terrific from our first meeting ,when I was just in the middle of renovations and wanted an idea on what price the house could fetch. She kept in touch throughout this process ,which was a while happening I may add. Mel felt my target market would be an investor and she helped get me shifting to finish the project. Then brought round an investor from Sydney who made an offer that same day,Mel also got him up on that offer which I was more than happy with. Throughout the sale process mel was the voice of proffesionalism and helped me get through it with her sound advice. Basically if I was to sell again she would be the one I would get to handle it for sure. Thanks Mel your great

I have always found Melissa extremely easy to deal with, she is always available even outside business hours and helpful with all enquiries. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional and her attention to detail is excellent.

Mel made our purchase the easiest purchase I have ever been through. She both held the owners integrity and best interest in place while also making us feel comfortable and at ease with knowing we had made the right decision in buying the property at a fair price. I couldn't recommend Mel high enough to anybody who is buying or selling in the Boronia Heights or surrounding suburbs, she is an absolute legend!

We are extremely pleased to recommend Melissa Bennett of All Properties Group. We sold our house of 24 years, and achieved the asking price. Prior to placing our house on the market, we requested several agents to appraise our property, and each came up with a similar price. We chose Melissa because she appeared to be the most knowledgeable; thorough in her questions of us during the appraisal; organised and punctual; and presented as professional, yet friendly and approachable. It is clear she loves her job - her enthusiasm was genuine and infectious. Melissa kept us informed every step of the way. She appreciated the strain and worry of selling our house, and was always full of honest and genuine advice. Melissa made sure our expectations were always realistic, from advising on timing of sale (ie. may-june was a slack period in our area) to the degree of flexibility she required in negotiation. As stated above, she achieved our asking price. We regard Melissa Bennett very highly and recommend her services.
