We found our experience with All Properties a very positive one. We were grateful for all Melissa's help, hard work and patience and professionalism and were pleased with the final outcome. We found Melissa to be keen, passionate, punctual, hard working and very committed which we are grateful for. After being the third agent to list the property which had it challenges in itself she did very well. Way to go Melissa !!! Keep up the great work and we wish you the greatest success in the future.

Melissa was fantastic. All we wanted was a quick, easy sale, and she delivered. Our house in south Brisbane didn't even make it to the market and was sold to an investor straight away. Such a great outcome and so easy. I would, and have recommended Melissa to sell your home anytime. Regards, Happy Seller.

Our house sold within 2 months. Melissa went above and beyond in clearing our house, so that we didn't have to travel back from WA to do that. We really appreciated all the extra effort, so a big thank you.

I would be very happy to recommend Mel as an agent to help sell your property. We had a difficult time with the tenant and the buyers during the sale. Mel was really good at bringing all the parties together and resulted in a higher sale price than I though was acheivable at the time. Mel always returned my calls as well as just calling me to keep me updated on how the progress was.

Mel Bennett listened to exactly what property we were after and found it very promptly. She promised and delivered, very highly recommend her service and we will use her again in the future if needed.
