Melissa went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent and we are so glad we chose her to help sell our house. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was clearly an experienced professional who had done this many times as she helped ensure the whole process was a smooth transaction. Plus she achieved a fantastic result for us and sold our property at a great price. We would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone looking to sell in the area and really appreciated all of her hard work to get our house sold. Thanks again Melissa!

Melissa did a great job under difficult circumstances & managed to negotiate between us & the buyer & horribly difficult tenants

Very professional no problems at all

From the 1st call to arrange a meeting until after settlement we could not fault Melissa - she delivered on everything she promised and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Melissa knew the target market and had buyers lined up before we were even ready to put the property on the market.

Melissa was great to work with in every aspect

The service from Melissa Bennett with now two properties has been outstanding. One property has been extremely challenging and Melissa has been nothing but a gem! Would highly recommend her to others and would never hesitate to engage Melissa for future services when necessary. A definite asset to any business.

Of all the agents I dealt with ,with the buying of a Home. Melissa gave her all in every way to make sure that I bought the right house for me. She didn't show me houses that had already been under contract and I am ecstatic with the house she sold me.

Melissa is an absolute gem of an agent. She was over and above our expectations and sold our home for more than we thought possible in a really quick time frame. Melissa is knowledgable, funny and easy to talk to; the best agent in the area.

My mother sold her house through Melissa Bennett and we cannot praise her professionalism and compassion enough. After loosing my father only a few years ago, Mum wasn't entirely ready to sell but we knew it was time. I sought Melissa's assistance and explained that my sister & I thought it was best for Mum to downsize. Melissa didn't pressure her but gave her honest advice. She treated my mum like she would her own and I can't thank her enough. Although Melissa wasn't the agent involved in our new purchase she was willing to assist with the purchase for Mum. She was the person Mum went to for answers, although knowing it wasn't her responsibility. She went out of her way to assist both Mum and the seller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa and have already provided her details to friends and family who may need her assistance. regards Annette

I met Melissa Bennett when searching for a home to suit some family members. I found Melissa to be very competent and credible. We discussed my needs and she was able to point out certain factors that influenced my decision, she also made recommendations of how to overcome some of the shortcomings. At no time did Melissa push her point of view, purely answered my questions, which indicated that she also was very aware of the property and area. Melissa's communication was great, anytime, out of hours included, I was able to communicate with her. Melissa's responses were timely and to the point. Her after sales service is to be commended. I would be more than happy to discuss with anybody the attributes of Melissa who might be considering using the talents of Melissa Bennett

Selling our house and moving to Central Queensland was a challenging time for our family. My husband moved away for work before we sold the house. I was working full time and caring for two children under 3, packing and keeping our house in an 'open house' state; all while trying to arrange for our new life in Mackay. I was able to put selling our house to the side because I felt completely comfortable that Mel (Bennett) had everything under control. She made the whole process stressfree. Thank you Mel for everything!

excellent agent on the ball nothing is too much trouble would reccomend to anyone wanting to buy or sell
