I approached Harcourts and met Melody. She suggested a price but I wanted to attempt a higher price. She went along with this and she discussed a selling strategy which I found very satisfactory. When very little interest for the block was occurring Melody would discuss with me a different strategy to try. Still no success so reduced the price which was in fact about the price she originally suggested. Negotiations then proceeded smoothly and efficiently. A solicitor was suggested by Melody which enabled the transaction to efficiently reach fruition. I feel Melody did a good job and obviously had a good grasp of the market re value but allowed my wishes to be tried.
