Mervyn arranged minor trades to complete repairs then coordinated having the unit styled and it made it all so easy for me. The sale mechanism was different with the online bidding, almost like an auction. Very effective. I’ll certainly consider his services whenever needed in Brisbane.

My partner Sophie and I met Mervyn when deciding to purchase a house in Toowong. As buyers, we immediately felt comfortable with how open and straightforward he was to deal with. We ended up being successful with our offer and worked closely with Mervyn throughout the building and pest process, even though we were no doubt more thorough with the building and pest than most buyers. On one occasion he even took a member of my household to a physio appointment so that I could stay at the property and finish the building and pest. He was very communicative throughout the process and liased well with the seller to get additional information and documentation. After we purchased our house we decided to engage Mervyn to sell our apartment. As sellers we found Mervyn was extremely proactive on helping us get our property ready for sale. He was able to refer us to cleaners, staging and trades all of whom were very easy to deal with, provided value for money and did a great job.
