Michael always turned up 15 to 30 mins earlier to the open house and left half an hour after the open house. That has given the potential buyers a maximum time and opportunity to check on the house and it's beneficial to me as a vendor so much. Very impressive!

Michael knew the Roselands area very well, having sold other properties on the same street. He was able to run us through everything in a clear and concise manner which was helpful given we were first time sellers. My Husband and I felt that Michael had our best interests at hand and that he would make every effort to maximise the sale price of the property. We were happy with the sale price given the volatile property market and I strongly believe that we would not have gotten such a good sale price if we had gone with a different agent.
