Michael always turned up 15 to 30 mins earlier to the open house and left half an hour after the open house. That has given the potential buyers a maximum time and opportunity to check on the house and it's beneficial to me as a vendor so much. Very impressive!

Michael knew the Roselands area very well, having sold other properties on the same street.
