Michael is one of the rare agents who practices the old maxim of "Say what you will do and do what you say". He is extremely knowledgeable about properties in the St George area & very easy to talk to. His valuation of my mother's house was spot on. To describe Michael as punctual would be a massive understatement, as every enquiry or request is given his immediate attention. He also has a great eye for detail and tackles every task with enormous energy. He provides updates constantly (at least daily) and always exceeded my expectations in terms of service. Our sale process commenced and was finalised within the COVID lockdown which is no mean feat. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and wish him every success in the future.

I originally choose Michael on the basis that he was more likely to get the right outcome for me even if it took a bit more time. He recognised that the place was exceptional for the area. When I first took the house to market in 2018 it was clear that patience would be required to get a good price. The place didn't sell then but I was happy with his efforts so I used his agency to let it. That was also a good decision. Earlier this year Michael contacted me at the same time as I was thinking that now was a good time to try again. That was just before the return of lockdowns. The original intent was to go to open auction with open inspections. That didn't happen. Thanks COVID. :( Instead, with Michael's guidance and expertise, we sold at the great price without an auction.
