From the start when we engaged Michael Braddon as our agent we knew our home was in excellent hands. Throughout the whole process Michael was extremely professional and always kept us up to date with information leading up to our auction. If we were to look at selling again Michael would be the top of my list everytime. Justin & Rowena Thompson

Michael and the whole team are 100% client focus 200% of the time. Service provided was professional with outstanding communication. If I was to buy or sell in the Gungahlin area there would be no hesitation at all on using Michael and Blackshaw's

When planning to sell our home, our research of potential agents through friends and colleagues continually highlighted Michael Braddon, Principal of Peter Blackshaw Real Estate, Gungahlin. Our initial discussions with Michael, proved to be frank, positive and informative, confirming our belief that we had selected the "right" agent. Throughout the sale process, Michael's greatest asset was the level of communication he provided regularly to us, the vendors, and any request was promptly addressed.. Suffice to say the sale was effected in just over 4 weeks with us achieving our required sale price. We would strongly endorse Michael's services to you when selling your property

Michael helped us sell two properties to fund the purchase or our dream house. One was a rural property and the other an inner city townhouse. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge of the different sectors in the market. His professionalism and great communication skills helped us attract the right buyers quickly. I wouldn't use any other agent now.

Michael was a great support through the whole sale process of our house. He always kept us in the loop with any developments and remained positive the whole time. Would definitely recommend.

We appointed Michael Braddon to sell our house in Hawker and the service we received was second to none. In the beginning Michael provided us with excellent advice on how to improve the presentation of our house for the sale and truly believe this was one of the main reason he manage to get such an amazing price at Auction. Michael was extremely professional when dealing with both us, and the potential buyers and always went out of his way to make the sale process as smooth as possible. The service we received was excellent and I couldn't recommend Michael more highly.
