As mentioned earlier working with Michael was a pleasure. When it comes to realestate this guy is so different to agents I have dealt with in the past. I have bought and sold only three properties in my lifetime and it was a case of third time lucky with making the right choice of agent. The whole experience was professional with a relaxed attitude with us as he absorbed all the pressures to allow this to happen. When the auction day came around and the reserve wasn’t met my wife and I decided to go to private sale and we were confident the sale wasn’t going to happen. The COVID 19 pandemic really set in the weekend of auction and there was no pressure from Michael to drop price just to get a sale, we kept communicating with him in a professional and relaxing manor as he continued to work on weekends and late nights to keep in touch with two interested buyers. A couple weeks later a new interested party came through and hit the target that we were looking for after several text and calls back and forth with Michael he made the sale happen, and I remember the last one that night being at 10:30 pm. This is why he gets a 5 star rating from us.
