Michael is really personable, caring and knowledgeable. He is creative and a go getter. He does not talk any nonsense, very straight up and to the point. From the day we met Michael, he gave us a good feeling and we were hoping our intuition was on point. During the covid pandemic, we continued to put all our trust in Michael. We didn't follow up with him at all. He contacted us to tell us of progress and how things were tracking with the market and how he was going showing the property. He followed our lead on what we wanted to achieve with the property. He didn't push us in any direction. He really worked for us in terms of value but we worked with him in terms of letting him run the process. Michael has become someone we will call anytime we do any real estate business in the future.
