From the day we met Michael, he gave us a good feeling and we were hoping our intuition was on point. During the covid pandemic, we continued to put all our trust in Michael. We didn't follow up with him at all. He contacted us to tell us of progress and how things were tracking with the market and how he was going showing the property. Before selecting Michael and the McGrath team, we interviewed a few agents in the area. However, after meeting with Michael it was a no brainer, we wanted him to sell our property. He was the most confident and realistically sure of the properties potential. Throughout the entire process, we were very well looked after by his entire team.
