Michael done a great job. He got a fast offer and more than we could ever hope for. We needed to rent back the property and Michael made this happen. Would definitely be using him again if needed and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is selling.

Michaels knowledge was exceptionally good and was right on the money for the property value, we ended up getting an offer at the figure he discussed right from the start, We were doing a subject to sale, his communication between us and the seller of the house we were buying was great it made the whole process easier

Well spoken and genuine.

Michael and his company go above and beyond the call of duty. Always there to help and advice on. anything any time of the day or night . This is not your ordinary real estate company . More like one big happy family . No doubt i will be using them in the future

Michael did an amazing job keeping us informed and updated with every stage of the process of purchashing the home.

We had a great experience with Michael and the team at Coulson & Co. With great advertising and a single home open we were quickly under offer within a few days! I would highly recommend Coulson & Co and will definitely be in touch again for our next property.

Michael's service was second to none!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, prompt in response and most of all, professional with warmth and understanding of our needs and wants. He is extremely passionate in what he does and values his customers as people and not as a payday! Thank you Michael for all you have done, you are brilliant in what you do!

Very good knowledge of the market, very helpful in selling both the houses with a no fuss attitude, I will use Michael again

Michael was amazing! He was so helpful all of the time, with the sale of our property and even with the purchase of our new house, in which he had no financial interest. Nothing was ever too much and he was always on hand with suggestions for any issue that we had. Would 1000% recommend
