My partner and I started looking at houses around 3 months ago, from the first phone call I made to Michael for an appointment I could tell straight away he was somebody I wanted to find my family home through. I haven't come across an agent yet who genuinely wants to help find you your perfect home and not just make money off you. My Partner and I had been looking at properties for the last 2-3 months to own our first home , saw Michael's billboard and thought we would give him a go. Not only was he professional and very helpful in looking and asking what our needs and wants were, he was able to come and check houses that we were interested in at the drop of a hat morning or afternoon,he wasn't pushy and was genuinely interested in finding a place we liked. Unlike some of the other realestate agents who have been in the game for years ,all over the country couldn't be bothered to make a time to view there properties claiming they were to busy to come and couldn't be bothered figuring out a time that would gel with me and my partners work hours to help us .we did view one house with another agent and his introuduction to the house was basicly turning the key to the front door letting us walk in and asking us what sort of offer we would like to make, Michael was the complete opposite, we would walk through the house he would ask us what we liked what we didn't like.What we could do with the house in the future or, what you would like to do in the future. Would definetly use Coulson again or in the future, I would definitely recommend him to my friends .

At our first interview Michael impressed us with his positive approach. He went on to fulfil all of the commitments he made to us. Michael was available no matter what time we called him and gave us his personal attention unstintingly. We were in the loop with all developments making us feel that he had no other clients whilst in fact the evidence is that Michael is very seriously busy. Michael and his team were impressive. Our whole selling process has been most pleasant pretty totally stress free.

Team Coulson where a great Company to go through. We thought it would take ages to sell our House let alone didn't think it would Sell. But Michael from Coulson and Co gave us advice on what we should do if we wanted to sell it and gave us a reasonable Price to expect for it. We did everything Michael suggested and in 3 weeks on the Market we had Sold our House for a Good Price. If dit wasn't for Michael and hie Enthusiasm and Knowledge I think we would still be waiting. We highly Recommend them. As you won't regret it.

When my wife and I decided to sell, the biggest decision we had at the time was who was the best agent to sell our beloved home. In the past when we had bought and sold it felt like there where so many sales sharks out there just hungry for their commission. Well that wasn’t the case with Beau Bremen and Amanda Cranston. Not being very familiar with the real estate market other than it was slow, I googled who had the most listing and sales history for 2016. The Coulson team jumped out as number one. Mr B as we like to call him now, was pleasant to talk to and knew the area better than any other agent that we spoke to.He was the only agent to surest a range hood to complete the kitchen and at less than a $1000 to buy and install it made the biggest difference. He kept in contact with us every few days to inform us on what was going on and was present even after the house was sold to make sure everything was going smoothly. He spoke passionately about the market and directed us in not over pricing the property. Well it worked, “Set Date Sale”. First home open 6 buyers through and 3 offers and we got above the price we were looking for, so we sold early as the set date sale was going to run for 3 weeks. The biggest part of any sales agent is their negotiation skill and pushing that price just a little more than the buyer wants to. I couldn’t recommend Mr B and Amanda highly enough.
