Once settlement had gone through Michael was there to hand over keys and even helped us move some furniture.. what a guy! My Partner and I had been looking at properties for the last 2-3 months to own our first home , saw Michael's billboard and thought we would give him a go. Not only was he professional and very helpful in looking and asking what our needs and wants were, he was able to come and check houses that we were interested in at the drop of a hat morning or afternoon,he wasn't pushy and was genuinely interested in finding a place we liked. Unlike some of the other realestate agents who have been in the game for years ,all over the country couldn't be bothered to make a time to view there properties claiming they were to busy to come and couldn't be bothered figuring out a time that would gel with me and my partners work hours to help us .we did view one house with another agent and his introuduction to the house was basicly turning the key to the front door letting us walk in and asking us what sort of offer we would like to make, Michael was the complete opposite, we would walk through the house he would ask us what we liked what we didn't like.What we could do with the house in the future or, what you would like to do in the future. Would definetly use Coulson again or in the future, I would definitely recommend him to my friends .
