The house I was selling needed quite a bit of work, but we didn't want to over capitalize on cosmetics as there was a risk we would not get return on investment. Michael Coulson knew exactly what we were trying to achieve and what was required to sell this property , and was straight up in telling us where we should focus our effort and money onto. We really did spend a minimum of funds getting to a point where Michael could advertise the property, and I was pretty blown away that we received an offer on the property within 3 days, prior to the home even being open for inspection. The offer was in line with our expectation and we couldn't be happier with the speed of the whole process, as we had never sold a house before. I found Michael to be very knowledgeable of the market and the area.
