The house I was selling needed quite a bit of work, but we didn't want to over capitalize on cosmetics as there was a risk we would not get return on investment. Michael Coulson knew exactly what we were trying to achieve and what was required to sell this property , and was straight up in telling us where we should focus our effort and money onto. We really did spend a minimum of funds getting to a point where Michael could advertise the property, and I was pretty blown away that we received an offer on the property within 3 days, prior to the home even being open for inspection. The offer was in line with our expectation and we couldn't be happier with the speed of the whole process, as we had never sold a house before. I found Michael to be very knowledgeable of the market and the area. He is a person of great character and I definitely recommend anyone who may be selling (or buying) to do yourself a favor and get in touch with him. The first meeting I had with Michael was opening my door to a man wearing a purple bra. Gutsy I said. He was raising money for cancer and pledged he'd wear a bra all day whilst raising funds. I thought that he had the guts to meet a new customer in this attire. This I like, there's follow through here. Michael and Beau delivered everything we required to sell our house in Parmelia. The market was difficult but with thoughtful and strong advertising and following through on any possible buyer - persistence paid off. I have no doubt they will smash through the sales statistics and assist any kind of buyer to find the right home. I found dealing with Michael and Beau from Team Coulson to be an excellent experience. Their market valuation of my home was spot on and I managed to obtain a realistic sale price even during a falling market. I had a limited budget for any possible improvements and they took that into account when recommending which items of my home I should look at improving for the sale. Despite me working away they were working hard for my sale each and every weekend and even Adhoc home opens during the week. The weekly report for my house that they emailed through was a great professional touch. It made me feeling confident whilst my house was on the market that it was still being looked at online. Signed up with Coulson and Co through Beau, then had Michael and Beau both do home opens. Both guys are very friendly and down to earth, they were realistic in the selling of our house with regards to price and the market.
