We found Michael had great knowledge of the area and his approach came across genuine. We had dealings with Michael many years ago, when looking for property at Moore Park Beach. So to actually come across him again (by accident) as the other agent was late and then didn't show up. We had gone through an agency to find a real estate agent for the area (Gin Gin) and it turned out to be Michael and he remembered us pretty much straight away....so was meant to be.
