We had purchased an investment property from Michael a few years back and so we were happy to trust the sale of one of our other investment properties to him now. We currently live overseas and Michael's communication skills and professionalism excelled anything we could of hoped for in making the whole process easy and as stress free as possible. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him to organise or help us get the best possible price we could for the sale. He was happy to call us when needed and our email communication was always answered straight away, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident at all times. His knowledge of the market and area ensured we were completely at ease with the process from our first conversations. We will be selling another property in the near future and will definitely be getting Michael to handle this sale as well. Cannot highly recommended Michael enough to sell your property.
