I recently purchased my first home from Mike at LJ Hooker Nerang. I found him to be a really genuine bloke with excellent market knowledge in the area. The communication was great right throughout the process and he even went the extra mile organising the change of ownership with onsite management and a notice to vacate to the tenants on my behalf which was so helpful to someone new to the whole process.
