Well where to begin. I never expected selling a house to be so daunting. So many aspect that I had never even considered. So many question would run through my head. Will I get the price? Michael Hardy has now sold both of our houses and we have both times been 100% happy with his service. There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't get in touch one way or another to update us and keep us in the loop with what was going on.
