After dealing in the real estate market for a very long time, we found Michael to be right up there with the best we have dealt with. Many agents are naturally ambitious but some to the detriment of the vendor, the deal and the agent by being overly enthusiastic about the price to the vendor in the beginning and if that price doesn't materialise, have a tendency to try then to talk the vendor down after having been the very one who gave the vendor the expectations in the beginning. Vendors find this upsetting to say the least! We did not find this with Michael. Even though the price surpassed our expectations, he continued to remain calm and professional. He certainly delivered way more than he promised. Not only in price but in the way he conducted the deal from start to finish. He was always calm, respectful and professional. We were kept constantly informed throughout the process no matter how minor. Nothing was a bother for Michael to solve if we had an issue that needed attendance. We realise it is a hot market at the moment but we are confident that Michael would take his excellent communication and negotiation skills to any deal regardless of the market.
