During the whole process, I have only met Michael twice. He was quite pleasant overall. I was mainly in contact with Matthew throughout. I would say the whole process was not as pushy and annoying as some other agents. However there were times that I thought they pushed too much. Comparing with some agents I have dealt with in the past. I would recommend their service.
