Michael is an great agent. He has excellent market knowledge. He provided good guidance on market expectations, managed the sales process well and exhibited excellent negotiation skills. He provided critical insights into a number of key aspects of the sales process, from presentation through marketing and finally lead management and final sale negotiation. I interviewed a couple of agents as I am a Vendors Advocate - my job is to help sellers choose the agent when they are selling and then I project manage the sale to make sure everything is on track. Most sellers only sell once or twice in a lifetime and I provide that added support and independent knowledge. I chose Michael because he cares about each of his properties, you deal with him and not a junior assistant. He calls after every open, gets on well with buyers and has great local market knowledge.

We could not recommend Michael and his team more highly! We sold our property in Newtown remotely whilst based on the mid north coast of NSW. While Michael came highly recommended we we’re worried going in that the lack of face to face engagement might make the relationship difficult to manage and less personable but nothing could be further from the truth. Michael, Melissa & Matthew looked after us impeccably. Communication was first rate, calls rarely went unanswered and were returned quickly when they were. Integrity is a rarity these days but we felt fully appraised of all developments and found quickly that we could discuss all options openly with confidence that our wishes and decision would be honoured even if it was contrary to the teams advice. A special mention to Melissa who project managed updates to our property to prepare it for sale, she was brilliant! No issue was too big or difficult to tackle and the standard of work and result were fantastic. The value add was there for all to see and our humble terrace presented beautifully. In a changing market where properties no longer sell themselves you could not go past Michael and his team.
