I interviewed a couple of agents as I am a Vendors Advocate - my job is to help sellers choose the agent when they are selling and then I project manage the sale to make sure everything is on track. Most sellers only sell once or twice in a lifetime and I provide that added support and independent knowledge. I chose Michael because he cares about each of his properties, you deal with him and not a junior assistant. He calls after every open, gets on well with buyers and has great local market knowledge.
