No compassion in my situation. Said he has dealt with many like myself. Does not mean he understood as he is NOT in that position himself. He is all about the money and lacks in communication, pushy and false expectations. This was my last connection to my late mother and he did not show any respect towards that. Offer was way under listing however felt pressured to take it. Once contract was signed did not hear another peep out of him. No congratulations or even seeing me when I was crying in their office on hand over. I handed over the keys to my family home of 38yrs and he could not even be there! He got what he wanted MONEY and that was that. So if you want a compassionate real estate this is NOT your guy! Totally upset and disappointed.

I contacted Michael to discuss selling our house. His reaction was immediate and took me through his "closing date sale" process. After one open for inspection and 8 days after listing I had the price (and buyer) I wanted on an unconditional 30 day sale. Michael took out all the hard work liaising with the conveyancer for the Section 32 and kept me updated daily throughout. Great service. Great attitude and all round nice guy. Thoroughly recommended!
