Michael didn’t fulfil final inspection as requested. Advertised ducted heating/cooling and explained to me the freezer is in the roof for cooling and there is no cooling at all in the unit. If you advertise you should supply. Very disappointed did not respond to any emails. Many problems with one year old unit flooding, cracks, and now no aircon. I paid good price $40k over asking price and just been brushed off. Would not recommend this company!
