Personal experience has found me dealing with a lot of agents in thr past, and to say they have been less than perfect would be an understatement. Michael truly is a cut above the rest, and his professionalism, communication through every step of the way, commitment and persisitence puts him in a class of his own. Am truly grateful for Michael going the extra 10 miles to sell my property, which other agents failed to do. Highly recommended if you want to sell your property right the first time! Michael is professional with a great knowleadge of apartment market in Southbank. He is being very objective to the market change and providing reasonable suggestions regarding pricing. We needed to sell in good time to move interstate- had a quick result in two weeks. Michael came to quote, with everything prepared (Market data, information about our property). It certainly paid to have an agent that is very local and has also had a good track record in the area, also our building.
