What we did like about Michael was that from the very start, he took us through recent relevant sales in the area, and gave us a realistic price range to expect. He made sure it was open every week, and adjusted his schedule to also pick up other buyers seeing similar properties. He gave us feedback from potential buyers weekly, and allowed us to make our own decisions on what a realistic selling price was going to be. After a couple of months, we got an offer that was pretty much spot on with the initial guidance, and we knew it was the right offer at the right time. What we loved was that Michael didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, and didn't push us into a decision that we were not comfortable with. We would certainly recommend him to any seller.
