Great support during auction !

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Michael as our agent. With this being our first home to sell in a changing market we were nervous, however Michael did an excellent job in walking us through the entire process from preparing for sale, presentation for open homes and eventual auction. Michael is an excellent communicator and always provided us with open and honest feedback throughout, giving regular updates during the campaign after he had followed up with each open home attendee. He was extremely thorough when discussing strategy for the auction and his role with buyers while it was being called, so when it came time to sell we had total confidence and trust we were going to get the best outcome possible from the market on the day. The sale of our home exceeded all expectations, we can’t thank Michael and the team from Belle Property enough.

We chose Michael Pead because, having seen a number of agents, we liked him - simple as that. He did a very good job, in difficult circumstances (our house went up on AllHomes within an hour or so of Barr locking Canberra down in August 2021). Our home was never able to be open for inspection and yet it sold at online auction for a lot more than we had even hoped for. However, the reason we did not give 5 stars is that Michael was far more likely to return our calls or reply to our messages before the auction. After that, we were obviously less of a priority.
