Michael did an excellent job of organising the preparation of my house of 40 years for sale and successfully selling it, and putting me in touch with a good solicitor for conveyancing. I certainly would have had great difficulty and much stress in personally organising the many tasks required for a successful sale, as I was recently bereaved, and I am elderly and disabled. Michael was very diligent and experienced about the preparation work and did some of the manual work himself. He also bargained fair prices from the providers. Michael made sure that my adult children were fully informed about the sale and preparation. I can certainly recommend his services.
