Our first contact was simply to test the market - what would it look like if I needed to sell my apartment? No commitment on my part. Regardless, Michael's approach was very professional from the very start. I received quick, honest and factual advice ... no "Sales Job". Months later I had a reason to sell, yet all the way through he kept in contact - never pressuring. The moment I said I was ready, so was Michael.
