From our first meeting, Michael and Andy's expertise was clearly evident. Communication and follow up was first rate and after hours assistance was no problem. Harris Tripp deserves its rating as one of the best (if not the best) real estate agency in the Inner West. We highly recommend Michael and his team at Harris Tripp to anyone selling their property in the Summer Hill and the general inner west area. Many, many thanks.
Agent in the west Michael was a fantastic agent to deal with, very reliable and trustworthy. Looking forward to working with you again.
Michael was incredibly helpful with the with the process and knowledge of the property. Thanks so much for making it an easy process!
Michael has been wonderful to work with. He is polite, professional, honest and helpful. His communication was great. He ensured that purchasing our first family home was a smooth process and we are very grateful for that! We highly recommend Michael.
Michael and his team recently sold our home before Auction. His experience, knowledge and communication are next to none. We put our trust in him and the process, and achieved a better than expected result. Well done and would highly recommend using Harris Tripp Summer hill.
Michael and his team were exceptional from the day we meet right through to doing the deal. His communication and his strategy to deliver the great result are really appreciated. Thank you Michael. Wishing you all the best.
During the purchase process, Michael was responsive and knowledgeable. His communication was excellent, and he was efficient in liaising with the vendor when needed.
Michael is an excellent agent who has a great knowledge of the local market. Right from the start we felt we were in safe hands, and very much appreciated Michael's professionalism, quiet confidence, and trustworthiness. Michael's assured, calm, and professional manner made the whole process smooth and simple because we felt supported throughout. We have nothing but positive feedback about Michael and the team, and highly recommend Michael as an agent who truly looks after you and gets results.
Michael's knowledge of both the buyer and seller perspectives was second to none. He was easily contactable right from the start, promptly did whatever he or I suggested which would enhance the property before selling, and was patient with all of my lack of knowledge (and therefore many questions) of the whole experience, right up to settlement. The property sold quickly and off market; above my expectations, and before going to auction. Michael is very professional - he listens, suggests, advises, and follows through with precision, and I'm very grateful to him for making the whole process bearable.
Michael and his team worked hard to get a good outcome for both his vendor and ourselves. We felt that Michael always acted fairly and in good faith throughout the negotiation process.
