During difficult times like lockdown and closing down the real estate industry, he managed to advertise, provided the option of private inspections, sold my property in a brief period. He chose the right approach and due to social distancing; he was so determined to open house for every potential buyer and spent a lot of his time in private inspections. I'm so grateful to him and his team for his hard work, which would be in a non-COVID situation much more straightforward. His help with various trades, negotiation advice, are invaluable assets.

We recently purchased a property in Rye for which Michael was the agent. At the outset he was warm and genuine without the pressure tactics that are sometimes common in parts of the industry. Michael worked hard both for his vendor and for us to come to a mutually acceptable deal. On final inspection, Michael noticed the grass was a little long and arranged for it to be mowed at what I can only assume was his expense. Since the purchase and after settlement, Michael has continued to assist us with questions and queries, local trades and other helpful matters. Nothing has been too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending and using Michael to either buy or sell another property and hope we have the opportunity to deal with him in the future. Can't say enough! 10/10!!
