Well Michael, that went much more quickly than I ever imagined for a somewhat unusual house not in pristine condition but with its own leafy charm and a location near the sea. We are delighted that the new owners are a young family who will be able to appreciate their home's position with the reserve opposite and the easy access to the beach.
