Michael started the process of Auction Sale by inspecting and giving us a realistic valuation. A professional photographer made the property look unbelievable. Michael texted or emailed us after each inspection with an honest appraisal of interested buyers. Even though it did not sell on the auction day he remained confident a sale was near . Two weeks later SOLD $30K less than he estimated, however considering the market is slowing down we are very happy with the results. It could have been much worse if it wasn't for Michaels efforts.
