Although it was late November 2018, we were anxious to list the property before the Christmas/New Year break and avoid a likely increase in listings in the New Year and declining market. Soon the reserve was reached, after a brief chat with the contending bidders the offers continued with cheers and excited screams from the supporters of the bidders. Just as quickly it was done.
