I was concerned he was 3 suburbs away and Christmas/New Year period a problem. My concern was a fobia - it all happened and settled within my time frame. It eventually unfurled that the buyer was actually known to be me and I'm glad Michael was between me and the buyer as I feared this could have brought the price down without him in the negotiation.
