I have chosen Michael to sell our property at 61 Wells Street, Redfern, because he had sold another property of ours previously and very quickly as it needed to be sold to cover some outstanding debts that simply had to be paid. The property at Redfern was small, but he had assured us that it could be sold at a certain amount, which was at the high, if not, the highest end, and after the hammer went down - he sold it for us at the amount that he had said he could get for us. Also; he took care of the listing, the needed repairs, and the painting, the showing of the property, so all I had to do was to show up on the day of the auction.
