We have brought a house for a renovation and Michael helped us through the process at every step great job :-) Thanks Hayden

Thanks to Michael Skuse for helping me find my dream home for my little family. I was about to give up but with Michael's help, he led me to the right broker who had my home loan approved. Excellent service and an all rounder! THANKS again! Joy 💓

Michael worked extremely hard to get the sale. was persistent with buyer.

Without his pushing (me as purchaser ,)I would have walked away Too hard

Michael sold some land for us in a difficult location. He took over from another agent when new to the area and did a good job of securing a sale

Michael handled the sale of our property in a challenging market with exceptional competence. He negotiated a very good sale price for us, and assisted us with the process all the way from preparing the property for sale, to settlement. Michael was courteous and friendly to deal with, and was always readily available to contact. We would recommend him without reservation.

Buying a house through Michael was a painless experience. He was open, transparent and above board with his dealings. Extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond the call of duty in his dealing with us. While friendly and helpful he also shows a keen sense of professionalism which we appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend him as a preferred real estate agent to any buyer or seller out there.

Michael was very knowledgeable and I felt he was looking after my best interests in getting me a fair price for my property.

As our purchase was done interstate, Michael's help was invaluable. He looked after all our needs over the phone including carrying out the final inspection on our behalf! Thank you Michael!

After using a few other agents I was lucky enough to find Michael Skuse of LJ Hooker Marlin Coast. Michael's depth of experience, market knowledge and superb skill is immediately evident. I had tried No Sale No Fee with another group, and it just didn't produce the brilliant result that Michael achieved for me.

I found Michael (and his team) to be very professional and extremely helpful in all aspects of selling my unit. He was always accessable, prompt at returning my calls and answering any questions that I had. I would happily recommend and his team to anyone. Regards Janet Downey
