I reached out to a few agencies when I was considering selling my apartment, yes I was looking for a price range, but I also wanted someone who was selling similar apartments and had an active database that he could tap into which of the 3 I spoke to Michael was by far the most insightful, and got a sense he knew what he was talking about. This year has been challenging, and with the 2nd lock down due to covid, Michael worked his database hard to get potential buyers interested, even prior to the tenant moving out and through some tough restrictions. I initially wanted to do a off market campaign and he did have 10 or so groups through, however he recommended advertising to broaden our reach and post advertising we sold the property within 3 days and for the price I wanted! One of the things I really valued, was I felt that Michael knew the market, was authentic in his style and approach, and he ALWAYS communicated to me, when he said he was going too, which is super important to me. I think he worked really hard, in tough circumstances and ultimately was able to sell my apartment in a very short time span. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family and when we look at purchasing our family home would also be keen to work with him again.
