Selling the house with Micheal was a very pleasant and rewarding process. Micheal took us thought the process with great knowledge and attention to detail. He has worked tirelessly to manage the campaign, present the house to potential buyers with contagious passion and follow up with all potential buyers post inspections. Micheal kept us up to date and inform along the process and done an excellent job managing our expectation vs. the market demands. the property was sold on the day of the auction, and we were extremely grateful and happy with the result. we couldn't have asked for a better agent/campaign/ result.
The bad was we didn't get the price we expected however it was not from lack of commitment and effort on Michael's behalf. He continued to promote the property, bringing new prospective buyers, and always gave a full summary of what had taken place and how they were following up. I have no hesitation recommending Michael.
