Selling a unique, 1 BR Cottage

Michael approached the job of selling my small property with great enthusiasm, and consistent effort. It took time to find just the right buyer for a one bedroom cottage, but Michael cheerfully opened the house every Saturday throughout the selling period, with a few private inspections as well. Michael's regular communications kept me well-informed, together with activity reports from the internet. He kept it interesting. Michael went above and beyond my expectations, and his warm and pleasant personality kept me buoyant. He even took the trouble to visit me personally when a nearby small bushfire threatened, urging me to "leave now". He is very caring.
