Leo has an excellent knowledge of the market and provided a realistic estimate of a property's value. He is clearly passionate regarding the online presence and puts together a very detailed marketing plan. The fact that over 42 people attended the first OFI is testament to this fact. Whilst the sales approach is different to most other agents, its transparency is something not always observed in the sales/purchasing process.
