Michelle and her team have been amazing in the sale of this property. We were not overly confident that this particular property would sell as quickly as it did! Being an investment property, it was not as neat or tidy as we would have liked, but Michelle was extremely optimistic and told us that she would have it sold within 3 weeks! The saying: “go with your gut” and “trust your instincts”, well I certainly did! When my mother and I decided to sell our very first home we owned together I of-course wanted to have only the best to look after us. Once I was looking and deciding which agent to choose, one immediately came to mind. Michelle Chick. Why? Well, at one point, everywhere I looked, I saw Michelle’s face!
