Team Chick were chosen for 3 reasons, 1. Michelle has been around forever in our local area, her team have been mentored from her knowledge. 2. We first came across Michelle 5-1/2 years ago when she was the Agent for the house we've just sold. My partner Keith was extremely impressed with the way she fought for the vendor despite our efforts to get a lower purchase price. We then called Michelle in during early April 2015 to get an idea of what value our renovations had put on the property, and for advice on what were still proposing to do. She surprised us with what the house was currently worth and said she believed she could get us $30-40K over what we were expecting, with the works we were proposing to be done. After a few more months of renovating and receiving the occasional call to see how we were going, or if we needed any further advice on styling, colours, etc, we gave her our finished product. The whole team came in for the photo shoot and were all (particularly Nicole) marvellous to deal with. The board went up on Tuesday and 4 days later following the first Open Inspection, Michelle gave us the news she had sold and got an additional $19K over and above the highest price she suggested back in April. We are obviously stoked and this will help us make the move to our yet to be found tree-change. We could not have been happier with the service offered!!!!!

Once agreed the sale proceeded and I was kept informed of all the steps and enquires concerning my property.
