Michelle was contacted 4 months prior to listing to provide a valuation on the property, I wasn't ready to actually list but she was generous with her time, knowledge and advice. Intermittently we had contact which was not intrusive and on occasions self initiated. When the decision was made to finally list and sell, again Michelle was responsive & supportive. Michelle and her team were very supportive and proactive throughout the entire sales process. Michelle and Nicole were constantly engaged with us during the process and kept us informed at all times. We had problems with our first buyer (beyond agent's control), which resulted in the house going back on the market and a second sales campaign. This was handled proactively by Michelle to get our house back to a prominent position in the market as we ran a second campaign, that was impacted by Easter. Overall, two sales of the house in a little over three months was a good outcome. We were very happy overall with all aspects of the service, and felt that Michelle did not over promise but definitely 'over delivered'. We were so happy with the service and engagement that during the process of our sale, Michelle and Nicole were able to recommend other properties for us to move to, and we didn't get 'false' recommendations for the sake of a sale. We bought our next house through Michelle and could see the same approach that she applied for our sale being applied for the owner of the house we were buying. From the start i was extremely impressed with Harcourts professionalism. My first dealings with Harcourts was when my husband and I went to view a property to purchase. The agent at the property was Nicole and she was extremely helpful and honest in her interaction. We ended up buying the property and Michelle then sold our property. When we put our own property on the market I did have a few other agents through to inspect and found a disparity between them. It was obvious that they wanted a quick sale at a minimum price. I knew what the property was worth and was determined to get a good price in order to purchase another property. Three agents quoted me $150,000 under our final selling price. I felt that they just wanted the commission. Michelle however was wonderful, at no time did she devalue our property. She listened and agreed that the price we wanted was reasonable . We ended up buying and selling with her. We have bought and sold many properties and I must say Michelle has been the best agent I have dealt with. Would not hesitate in recommending her. She is honest, reliable and is able to negotiate a good deal.
