Michelle was just wonderful. With a really sick husband she was only too happy to accommodate us and work around Mike when necessary. Her presentation of our house & the video (done while Mike was waiting for an ambulance, then helped me make the bed once it arrived!) was excellent. Given that basically the house sold on the first open inspection I think that speaks volumes. She then got us a settlement date to try and coincide with the completion of our new home.
