Michelle had the experience and knowledge to properly market and present this property based on what it was and where it was. She was upfront and honest. I can't stress that enough. There was no nonsense in her approach and that is something that is seemingly in short supply these days. Even once the property was "sold" Michelle kept showing it as it hadn't gone unconditional and when the sale sadly fell through due to finance, Michelle was able to quickly bring forth another seller that had missed out on the first round. Ultimately, I got more money. Again, I need to stress the no nonsense approach that comes from utilising Michelle's services. It's wonderful. I've sold several properties but only one was in her locality which is a shame as I would've loved to have used her services for other properties. Her style may not win over people easily impressed by the slick presentations other agents employ but it's no less effective and it doesn't leave you wondering if the agent was on your side or their own. Fully recommend.
