It took approximately 6 weeks to get an exchange of Contracts from the time of the initial Sales advice. The purchaser encountered difficulties with its Mortgagee but eventually got there in the end. I was get informed of the progress or lack thereof all along the way by the Agent. The initial Sales advice happened shortly after I listed the property so in the end it was a great result.
