I believe Michelle works quite well with potential buyers. We have bought and sold a house with Michelle and saw a lot more of Michelle when we were the buyer and did not have much contact with her as the vendor. We only saw her when we signed the contract with Percival to be our agent. We interacted/communicated with her team rather than her. Her team were professional and supportive but if you expect a lot of contact with Michelle personally that can be difficult as she appears to be very busy.
